WINE AT WOODLOT

At Woodlot we believe healthy soils produce healthy fruit which make wines full of life. This cannot be achieved with pesticides, fertilization or chemical treatments.

The wines are produced with the indigenous yeast, with no chaptalization or enzymes and raised in neutral containers with no or loose filtration and little or no sulfites.

Wine at Woodlot is made by people, husbands and wives, fathers, daughters, sons, mothers and grandparent. They’re friends, farmers, students and teachers. With incredibly hard work they bring us wines of purity, balance and harmony.

With great respect for their land and by paying attention to the natural cycles of everything living they bring us geological liquid time stamps brimming with joy. Some even look to the stars for guidance.

The world is moving too quickly. The industrial and agricultural revolution have only brought us more with less substance, more with less work. These wines are truly alive. Open one up so it can catch its breath, with time it’ll tell you its story.
